ZEUS is a research publication, not a solar company. This page says who runs it, what it does and does not do, and how it handles corrections.

What ZEUS is

ZEUS is a solar intelligence publication for African markets, starting with Nigeria. It is not owned by, funded by or affiliated with any seller, manufacturer or installer. It publishes dated price ranges for solar components and systems, city-level solar yield data, sizing and economics guides that show their formulas, and calculators that expose their assumptions. It is written for people deciding whether and what to buy, for installers and specifiers checking their numbers, and for journalists and analysts who need a citable figure with a date and a source.

What ZEUS is not

ZEUS does not sell, install, finance or certify solar equipment. It does not take referral fees, affiliate commissions or advertising from the brands and sellers it names, and it does not have installers, engineers or a physical showroom. Nothing on the site is a quotation, an engineering design or professional advice. The prices are observed ranges on the date shown; confirm with sellers before paying. Electrical work must be done by qualified installers to local standards.

Who publishes it

ZEUS is published by the editorial team behind zeus.africa. Content is written and checked by that team; no named-author bylines are used because no individual's professional credentials are being claimed. Where a page relies on an external dataset or report, the source is cited inline and in a sources section at the end of the page.

Editorial policy

  • Every market figure carries a source, a unit and a date. Undated numbers are not published.
  • Ranges, not fake precision. Prices are reported as the observed low and high across sellers.
  • Formulas are printed. Any figure a reader could recompute is shown with its calculation and constants.
  • Brands are named, not ranked. ZEUS describes verifiable specifications and warranty channels; it does not publish "best of" lists.
  • Safety before convenience. Guides explain how systems work so they can be specified and checked, not so they can be wired without training.
  • No invented social proof. ZEUS has no customers, projects or testimonials and does not claim any.

Corrections

If a figure is wrong, out of date or missing a source, email [email protected] with the page URL and the evidence. Material corrections are made on the page with the "Updated" date changed; the refresh policy describes routine updates.

Photography

ZEUS uses photographs from Wikimedia Commons under Creative Commons licences, cropped and colour-graded into one visual family. They show real places and equipment in Nigeria and West Africa; none shows a ZEUS installation, customer or project, because ZEUS has none.
